CLOTHING ROOM

"Once and Again," serves as a free clothing room operated by the Norwalk Emergency Shelter. Benefiting anyone from the community in need, "Once and Again" clothing coordinators also assist in interview attire selection in conjunction with job training and employment opportunities.

Sharing the same "free to those in need" philosophy of "Once and Again," a Furniture Donation program utilizes volunteers to pick up the furniture, which is housed at Morse Moving Co. until a recipient requests the piece. All donations are welcome!

"Once and Again" clothing room and furniture donation volunteer hours:

Sort clothing As needed Sundays thru Mondays
Supervise clothing room when open 10am - 3pm Fridays and Saturdays

The Norwalk Emergency Shelter and the Manna House of Hospitality are open three hundred sixty five days a year. The shelter sleeps ninety-five people and offers case management services to all that stay at the shelter as well as anyone else in the community in need. The Manna House serves three meals a day, every day of the year. This translates to over 12,000 meals served monthly.
